Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") PLT food S.r.l, as data
controller, provides the following information notice regarding the processing of personal data carried
out by the same in the context of the navigation of users ("Users") on its website ("Site").
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is PLT food S.r.l. with registered office in Via Chiaravalle 7/9 20122 Milan,
fiscal code and VAT n. IT13886900961, certified e-mail pltfood@pec.it ("PLT", the "Company" or the
"Data Controller").
2. Categories of personal data
The Data Controller does not process data collected during the User's navigation on the Site. The IP is collected by the provider to verify its reliability.
3. Purposes of the data processing
The Users' personal data will be processed in order to guarantee the fruition of the contents offered
by the Site.
Users' personal data will be processed to enable the fruition of the contents offered by the Site and in
particular:
(i) to guarantee the proper functioning of the Site;
(ii) to guarantee an ongoing maintenance of the Site;
(iii) to allow the User to navigate the Site and interact with the various functions of the Site.
4. Data retention period
Only technical cookies are used, more precisely session cookies (not persistent) that are deleted at the end of the browsing session. The Site does not use tracking or third-party cookies.
5. Data processing contexts and data recipients
Personal data are used exclusively for the completion of the booking service and are subsequently archived and used only for statistical purposes not attributable to sensitive data.
6. Transfer of personal data
Data will not be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area ("EEA").
7. Data Subjects' Rights
Pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, Users, as data subjects, addressing the Data Controller may
exercise specific rights, including the right to:

Controller and Data Processors;

personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them, in particular recipients in
third countries or international organisations;
f) where possible, the envisaged period for
which the personal data will be stored, or, the criteria used to determine that period;

c) in case of withdrawal of the consent on which the processing is based and if there is no
other legal ground for the processing,
d) if you have objected to the processing and there are
no overriding legitimate grounds to continue the processing;
e) in case of fulfilment of a legal
obligation;
f) in case of data referring to minors.
The Data Controller may refuse the erasure
only in the case of:
a) exercise of the right of freedom of expression and information;
b) compliance with a legal obligation, performance of a task carried out in the public interest or
in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller;
c) reasons of public interest
in the area of public health;
d) archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical
research purposes or statistical purposes;
e) exercise of legal claims;
- obtain the restriction of processing in case of:
a) contestation of the accuracy of the personal
data;
b) unlawful processing by the Data Controller to prevent its erasure;
c) exercise of your
legal claim;
d) verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override
those of the data subject

receive, if the processing is carried out by automated means, without hindrance and in a
structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data that concern you in order to transmit them to another controller or - if technically feasible - obtain the direct
transmission from the Data Controller to another controller;

oppose, fully or partially, on legitimate grounds, relating to your particular situation, the
processing of personal data concerning you, even if it is relevant to the scope of the data
collection;

If the User believes that the processing of their personal data is unlawful, he or she may also lodge a
complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
